THE PAIRING

Each tasting is tailored to your group's interests and objectives. From casual networking evenings to team-building events and food-focused experiences, we can adapt the format, menu, pairings, duration and level of depth to suit your guests.

We will suggest before the event the set of olive oils to taste and propose a few alternative dishes to pair them with. This way, the group can decide for a more intense or relaxed experience, more focused on food or slightly more weighted on drinks.

All the olive oils served are extra virgin, from high quality producers across countries like Greece, Spain, Italy, France and Croatia.
